How Muse Voice Transcribe handles audio, transcripts, accounts, and support messages
Muse Voice Transcribe is a browser-based live transcription tool. This policy explains the information that may be processed when you use the workspace, prepared demo, account features, or contact form.
The workspace requests microphone permission only after you choose Start recording. Audio and transcript text may be processed by the active speech-recognition service so the product can return text. The prepared demo uses fixed example lines and does not request microphone access.
Do not use the service for information that you are not allowed to record or process. Review the result before sharing it. The product does not promise that audio stays on your device or that every transcript is permanently deleted unless the current product configuration and provider terms explicitly say so.
If you create an account, we process the account details needed to authenticate you and provide account features. If you contact us, we process the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply and investigate the request.
We may use infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, analytics, and speech-recognition providers to operate the service. We may retain limited technical logs for security, debugging, and reliability. Provider retention and processing can vary by feature and configuration.
You can deny microphone permission, close a live session, avoid submitting sensitive content, or contact us with questions about a request. Browser and account settings may also provide controls for cookies and saved sessions.
